The Art Fountain, created by Techné Media, is a product of mixing the infinite rich world of mathematics with the infinite world of colors, shapes, patterns, art and chaos. It is the result of years of experimentation and the collecting and inventing of "artistic algorithms," incorporating color theory and publishing technology with programming techniques.

It has myriad uses in design, graphics, decorating, textiles and fine art. This site will expand and in time offer commercial alternatives for serious graphic uses that include much larger images and high resoltion or vector graphic versions. All lo-res images produced by this site are royalty-free. We only ask that in return, you share/like it with others and give us credit if used commercially.

An earlier version of Art Fountain was called DNA (Dynamic Non-repeating Art) designed to create endless videos of strange faces and was a collaboration between brothers Peter and Michael McClard and enjoyed some attention in the art world during the early 1990's.
